What You See is Not What You Get

Is there a preferred way of updating the signage so I can determine exactly how I format is what appears on the screen? I’ve tried updating on a Windows machine using Explorer and Chrome, and on a Mac using Safari and Chrome. All of them work differently and what’s showing up on my screen is not what appears on the TV…

Can you explain in more details. Is your problem that the scheduling is not working correctly as you defined it or does your design look different on different browsers? What Browser does your TV have? Which TV are you using? Brand and model? Can you maybe send pictures or video to info@digitalsignagepress.com so that we see what you mean?
