To fix the problem, disable the plugin by simply renaming the digitalsignagepress folder via FTP.
The simplest solution for your problem is to create a subdomain like digitalsignage.mydomain.com, install an empty wordpress with only digitalsignagepress, so you can eliminate all the problems with other plugins.
